직무 설명
Overview
This role requires overseeing food service operations at a restaurant location, ensuring efficient scheduling, quality control, and staff supervision. English language proficiency is necessary.
Education & Experience
- Completion of secondary (high) school or equivalent experience
- Between 12 to 24 months of relevant work experience
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to achieve work schedules effectively
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of personnel responsible for food preparation and portioning
- Provide training to staff regarding their duties, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Calculate required ingredients and supplies for meal production
- Ensure food quality and service meet established standards
- Prepare financial budgets and cost projections
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints
- Maintain detailed records including stock, repairs, sales, and food wastage
- Compile and submit operational reports
- Oversee and verify the assembly of service trays
- Create and manage staff work schedules
