Job Overview and Responsibilities
We are looking for dedicated Food & Beverage Service Associates and Senior Associates to join our team. The role involves delivering outstanding hospitality to guests in a sophisticated environment.
- Warmly receive and welcome guests, ensuring an excellent customer experience
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, catering to individual preferences
- Serve meals and drinks promptly and with elegance
- Provide detailed menu recommendations and respond to any guest inquiries about services
- Keep the dining area clean, neat, and well-organized at all times
- Address and resolve guest feedback professionally and efficiently
- Work closely with kitchen staff to facilitate seamless service delivery
Qualifications and Skills
