Job Overview and Responsibilities

We are looking for dedicated Food & Beverage Service Associates and Senior Associates to join our team. The role involves delivering outstanding hospitality to guests in a sophisticated environment.

• Warmly receive and welcome guests, ensuring an excellent customer experience
• Accurately take food and beverage orders, catering to individual preferences
• Serve meals and drinks promptly and with elegance
• Provide detailed menu recommendations and respond to any guest inquiries about services
• Keep the dining area clean, neat, and well-organized at all times
• Address and resolve guest feedback professionally and efficiently
• Work closely with kitchen staff to facilitate seamless service delivery

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates must possess an undergraduate degree or diploma in hotel management and have prior experience in food and beverage service. Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of Telugu is considered advantageous.

Salary

The compensation ranges from ₹120,000 to ₹180,000 annually, reflecting the candidate's experience and position.
