Role Overview
The Field Sales Executive will focus on generating and acquiring clients within the business lending sector by direct engagement and utilizing channel partners. This position demands a strong network in the market and connections within the Direct Selling Agent (DSA) community and a solid understanding of business loans, including Loan Against Property, Home Loans, and Working Capital Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and secure new business merchants mainly through direct sourcing or through DSAs, alliances, and other channels.
- Consistently meet and aim to exceed monthly loan disbursement targets.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of products and services offered.
- Clearly communicate product benefits and pricing details to potential clients.
Qualifications and Experience
- Applicants should have completed at least 12th grade or hold a graduate degree.
- Possess between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in banking, insurance, or NBFC sectors.
