About the Role
Revelio Technology is seeking a motivated and street-smart Field Sales Executive to drive growth in its luxury real estate business across South Delhi. This full-time, field-based position involves engaging with various market stakeholders to build and expand GenieGenie's presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with builders, brokers, property owners, and other partners in the market.
- Visit properties and builder sites to gather precise details about inventory, pricing, photographs, and construction progress.
- Conduct surveys of localities and clients to assess their needs, prevailing market trends, and available inventory.
- Manage inquiries and leads obtained via platforms such as Genie, Magicbricks, and 99acres.
- Arrange property visits and guide clients throughout their purchasing or renting process.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients, builders, and channel partners.
- Regularly update the Genie system with property data, client feedback, and sales activities.
- Identify new business prospects and assist in expanding Genie’s reach across targeted areas.

- Ready and willing to work in the field with frequent travel across Delhi.

- Basic proficiency in using smartphones, WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, and digital tools.
- Prior experience in real estate or field sales is advantageous but not necessary.

- Fixed monthly salary ranging from 15,000 to 20,000 INR, supplemented with performance-based incentives.
