About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to drive promotion of our 3D architectural visualization, walkthroughs, and rendering services. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, and securing long-term contracts with clients nationwide from our Vadodara office.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cold calls targeting architects, builders, interior designers, contractors, and real estate developers to generate qualified leads.
- Maintain and regularly update a lead database, ensuring follow-ups to maximize client engagement.
- Arrange appointments with prospective clients to discuss and present our 3D services, managing a structured calendar of meetings.
- Conduct onsite client visits across India to showcase deliverables including 3D renders, walkthroughs, floor plans, and both interior and exterior visualizations.
- Gather and communicate client design requirements to the production team for accurate service delivery.
- Convert potential leads into clients by effectively presenting the value of our visualization offerings, negotiating pricing, timelines, and scope.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat business, especially with architects and builders.
- Submit daily reports covering calls made, meetings held, lead status, and conversions achieved.
- Collaborate closely with the 3D design team to guarantee timely and satisfactory execution of projects.
- Maintain post-sale communication to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent English communication and persuasive abilities.
- Confidence in performing cold calls and pitching architectural services.
- Basic knowledge of architectural drawings, 3D renders, and visualization processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel across India for client meetings.
- Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
