Job Overview
This role involves conducting field visits to meet customers who have outstanding payments and managing the collection process at their locations.
Primary Duties
- Carry out daily visits to designated residential or business addresses of customers with due payments.
- Engage face-to-face with customers to inform them about their pending dues, remind them of payment commitments, and accept payments via cash, checks, or digital means.
- Identify and address reasons behind payment delays, mediate disputes, and negotiate feasible repayment arrangements aligned with company policies.
- Confirm and update customer contact information and addresses when discrepancies are found.
- Keep detailed daily records of all visits, customer interactions, and payment collections, and provide consistent updates to the field manager.
- Ensure compliance with company conduct codes and legal standards related to collections.
Additional Requirements
A valid DRA Certificate is mandatory for this position.
