About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for a highly skilled and professional Executive Personal Assistant to support the Founder of a reputable Architecture and Interior Design consultancy located in Dubai. This full-time, onsite role requires an adaptable individual who excels in managing both high-level business and personal tasks efficiently and discreetly. The position demands someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, with a proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership of their duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling a complex and dynamic schedule for both business and personal engagements.
- Arranging domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodation, visas, and preparing detailed itineraries.
- Managing the Founder’s email communications by prioritising and organising correspondence.
- Preparing various documents such as presentations, reports, letters, and meeting materials.
- Organising executive meetings, recording minutes, and monitoring follow-up actions.
- Serving as the primary contact point between the Founder, senior leadership, clients, and external parties.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information with utmost discretion.
- Overseeing special projects and conducting necessary research tasks.
- Supporting management of personal properties, household services, and lifestyle administration.
- Coordinating business events, client meetings, and executive-level functions.
- Providing comprehensive administrative assistance both professionally and personally.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Founders, CEOs, or other C-suite executives.
- Proven background as an Executive Assistant or Executive Personal Assistant.
- Excellent organisational and time-management capabilities.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A forward-thinking, solutions-oriented mindset capable of anticipating needs.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience managing complex international travel arrangements and executive calendars.
- Previous work experience in the UAE is advantageous but not compulsory.
Compensation and Work Conditions
- Monthly salary ranging from AED 18,000 to 25,000, based on experience.
- Monday to Friday work schedule with occasional flexibility required to meet business demands.
- Work directly with the Founder in a significant and trusted role.
