Role Overview
Resorts World Sentosa is hiring a Human Resources Executive to support its hospitality team. The role focuses on employee lifecycle administration, coordination with managers and stakeholders, and day-to-day HR support across assigned departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new joiners.
- Assist the HR business partner with employee lifecycle activities such as contract renewals, probation confirmations, and changes to employment terms.
- Monitor contract end dates, work pass validity, and manpower movements for the allocated departments.
- Draft and issue employment-related letters, including renewal, confirmation, and transfer documents.
- Work with line managers to confirm renewal timelines and collect the necessary supporting documents.
- Support both joining and exit processes as needed.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and teammates to resolve HR matters.
- Take part in HR enhancement initiatives and other cross-functional improvement projects.
- Handle general administrative duties for the HR team.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities, with careful attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, plus strong interpersonal skills.
- Positive mindset and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Able to juggle multiple priorities and work to deadlines in a busy, fast-moving environment.
