직무 설명
Role overview
The communications executive will help shape internal and external messaging for the organization, with a strong focus on employee communications, social media activity, and campaign coordination. This role supports content creation, cross-team collaboration, and day-to-day execution of communication initiatives aligned with the company’s brand voice.
Internal communications
- Draft and distribute content for newsletters, intranet updates, email communications, posters, and internal campaigns.
- Support messaging for HR initiatives, CSR activity, leadership updates, and broader company programs.
- Work with different departments to collect stories, news, and employee accomplishments.
- Assist with induction-related communication, engagement activities, and culture-building events.
- Ensure all communication materials reflect Sobha’s tone, values, and brand standards.
Social media management
- Support the daily upkeep of the company’s official social channels, including LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Prepare post copy, captions, and short-form content in coordination with designers and external agencies.
- Plan and schedule posts, then track comments, queries, and engagement.
- Review basic performance data and compile simple monthly reporting.
Content coordination
- Assist during photo and video shoots at project sites, offices, and events.
- Keep content assets and files neatly organized for easy retrieval and reuse.
- Coordinate with vendors, designers, and internal teams to help ensure timely output.
- Support campaign rollouts and other special assignments as needed.
Requirements
- A qualification in communications, media, public relations, or a similar discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an agency or in-house communications role.
- Excellent written and spoken communication abilities.
- Comfort with MS Office; familiarity with Canva, Notion, and Hootsuite will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- Genuine interest in event management, employer branding, and internal communication work.
