Role Overview
This role supports the Group CEO in a fast-moving commercial setting. The position is centered on high-level administrative coordination, executive communication, and follow-through on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the CEO’s calendar, travel arrangements, and strategic scheduling needs.
- Help drive cross-functional initiatives and keep action items on track.
- Draft executive-level reports, presentations, and meeting documents.
- Handle correspondence, internal and external communication, and stakeholder coordination.
- Track business KPIs, sales dashboards, and operational reporting updates.
- Support VIP client engagement and assist with executive events.
Key Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Communications is required.
- Previous experience assisting C-level executives or other senior leaders is mandatory.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools is essential, along with experience using ERP and CRM platforms.
- Proven ability to organize international travel and manage complex executive calendars.
- Excellent business writing, presentation preparation, and communication skills are needed.
- Comfort with AI productivity tools and workflow automation solutions is expected.
- Experience in automotive, trading, or another fast-paced commercial environment is preferred.
- The role requires discretion, a proactive approach, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
