Key Responsibilities
- Function as a strategic partner, managing complex calendars and dynamic schedules effectively.
- Prepare comprehensive notes and meeting documentation to facilitate executive functions.
- Handle all aspects of domestic and international travel logistics.
- Organize various corporate events including business dinners and leadership galas.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of eight years of consistent, stable experience supporting senior leadership with comprehensive administrative duties.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and Concur travel management system.
