About Open Circle Event Tour

Open Circle is hosting a tour featuring 17 free community food truck nights citywide across Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland) from August through November 2026, covering locations from Warkworth to Pukekohe one park at a time.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate on-site event activities including setup, signage, managing event flow, and pack-down at each location.
Serve as primary contact for vendors and stakeholders present during events.
Create and share live updates and social media content throughout each event.
Ensure smooth operations and positive experiences for vendors, visitors, and crew members.
Quickly address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during events.
Contribute to growing the Open Circle Tour’s reputation and recognition across Auckland.

Candidate Profile

Outgoing and friendly personality, comfortable being the main representative at events.
Possession of a personal vehicle and willingness to travel to various Auckland venues.
Ability to remain composed under pressure, think swiftly, and maintain a positive attitude in busy situations.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in all tasks.
Preferably university students or recent graduates, though candidates from other backgrounds are welcome to apply.
