Company Overview

Samara is seeking a qualified Estimator to join the Workshop department in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Main Objective

The Estimator will be responsible for assessing and estimating the repair costs for damaged vehicles, ensuring accurate evaluations and excellent customer communication throughout the repair process.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with customers, providing updates on repair status and addressing any inquiries related to their vehicle or the repair process.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to evaluate their condition and determine if repairs can be performed cost-effectively.
• Prepare detailed repair estimates considering customer requirements and special instructions.
• Coordinate with insurance companies regarding repair procedures, estimated expenses, and claim management.
• Perform misuse estimation tasks, follow up with clients, and obtain necessary approvals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess an automotive diploma or an equivalent certification.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar estimating role.
• Fluency in Arabic and English languages.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent customer service and oral communication abilities.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Solid knowledge of automotive products and general mechanical/technical terminology.
• Practical experience with safe working practices.
• Skilled in data analysis and motivated to deliver results meeting customer expectations.
• Minimum academic qualification of 5 GCSEs at grades A–C or equivalent, including Mathematics.
