About the Role

Jazera Arabia Contracting is looking for a seasoned Contracts Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires comprehensive expertise in managing various contracts within the construction and contracting sector.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
• Bring over 10 years of hands-on experience in contracting and contract management roles.
• Manage contracts involving government bodies, private sector clients, and subcontractors effectively.
• Thoroughly review new contracts and oversee existing agreements to ensure compliance and appropriate terms.
• Possess a robust understanding of contractual risk mitigation strategies, claims management, handling contractual obligations, renewal processes, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills combined with sharp analytical abilities and excellent communication capabilities.
• Prior experience in the construction and contracting industry is strongly preferred.
