Role Overview
This full-time role is for an Elite/Platinum Banker within Retail Liabilities / Branch Banking in Gurugram. The position focuses on building strong customer relationships, growing the liability and commercial asset portfolio, and strengthening branch banking business through proactive customer acquisition and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with high-net-worth customers and grow both liability and commercial asset business.
- Bring in new customers through direct outreach and acquisition channels.
- Deliver a strong customer service experience while following bank policies and processes.
- Promote and cross-sell banking products to the branch customers mapped to the role.
- Share information about new offerings and product improvements to deepen customer engagement.
- Plan and execute sales campaigns, drives, and events for current and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with other group entities to help customers access related financial products smoothly.
- Maintain complete relationship records for all assigned customer accounts.
- Monitor customer queries and complaints, and track turnaround time to support satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
- Relevant experience of 3 to 10 years in banking or financial sales.
