What you will do

• Speak with prospective students and advise them about the online PGDM offering.
• Manage both incoming and outgoing calls to help drive admissions.
• Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed enrollments while meeting monthly sales goals.
• Keep CRM information updated and support students through the full admission journey.

Eligibility

• Applicants should be graduates.
• The role is intended for candidates with at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, admissions, or education counselling.
• Strong communication ability and sales aptitude are required.

Salary and incentives

The in-hand pay is INR 25,000 to 35,000 per month, along with attractive incentives. The notice also mentions a salary range of INR 1,75,000 to 4,25,000 per year and notes that compensation will be a hike on the previous CTC.

Working schedule

• Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Working days: Monday to Saturday
• Sunday is fixed off
• One Saturday off every month
