About the Role

The Director, Policy and Strategy at the First Nations Justice Office (FNJO) is tasked with spearheading the strategic vision and overseeing the implementation of criminal justice reform initiatives led by the FNJO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee various projects and initiatives within the FNJO work program, while fostering productive relationships with key stakeholders including judiciary members, government departments, community-controlled organisations, and the broader community.
