About the Role

Liberty Immigration is recruiting a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join their onsite team based in Surrey, British Columbia. This role demands a versatile marketer capable of handling comprehensive digital marketing responsibilities, from strategic management of social media advertising to maintaining website performance and driving organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize high-return-on-ad-spend campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Maintain and improve the WordPress website built with Elementor, enhancing SEO to increase organic traffic.
• Design visually compelling digital assets for social media and web channels using tools like Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Compose engaging and effective marketing copy tailored to North American audiences.
• Develop and oversee automated email marketing campaigns and lead generation workflows.
• Employ advanced AI technologies including ChatGPT, Claude, and Midjourney to streamline content creation, coding, and landing page development.

Required Experience and Skills

• Between three to five years of demonstrated success in digital marketing roles with measurable results.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, WordPress with Elementor, and SEO analytics tools.
• Strong design sensibility with a portfolio showcasing expertise in visual layout, typography, and quality design work.
• Excellent written English communication skills with an understanding of consumer behavior in North America.
