About Position
We are recruiting for the position of Data Entry Operator under the NAPS/NATS Apprenticeship program located at Amingaon Biotech Park, Guwahati. This government-authorized apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity for candidates to gain hands-on experience and develop skills while working in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data within company systems.
- Maintain organized records and relevant documentation.
- Check and rectify data inconsistencies as needed.
- Create basic reports utilizing MS Excel.
- Protect the confidentiality and accuracy of all data handled.
- Assist with general administrative and office duties.
- Achieve set productivity goals daily and monthly.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum education of Higher Secondary (HS Passed) or higher.
- Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Fundamental knowledge of computer operations and MS Excel.
- Typing speed ranging between 20 to 25 words per minute.
- Ability to read and write in Assamese language.
- Good communication skills coupled with a keen attitude to learn.
Working Conditions
- Work schedule consists of 6 days per week.
- Shift timings will be assigned based on the employer's needs.
- Job location is at Amingaon Biotech Park, Guwahati.
Additional Information
The NAPS & NATS programs are government-recognized apprenticeship schemes designed to provide practical training in the industry. Participants will receive a monthly stipend according to apprenticeship guidelines along with skill enhancement through on-the-job training. Successful apprentices will be awarded a certificate upon completion.
Immediate joining candidates are preferred.
