About the Role

LOJEL is seeking a thoughtful, proactive, and customer-focused professional to strengthen its customer service function. In this role, you will partner with the international support team to design, improve, and deliver customer journeys that make service smoother and more effective. You will also help refine internal processes and operations, while turning customer feedback from pre-sales and post-sales interactions into useful input for product and service improvements.

Key Responsibilities
