Job Overview and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the CRM platform and customer database for the company.
- Continuously update and monitor customer records, leads, and sales-related activities.
- Allocate leads efficiently and track them accurately throughout the sales process.
- Prepare CRM reports and provide actionable insights to enhance sales performance.
- Ensure data integrity by keeping all customer information precise and current.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to enable seamless CRM operations.
- Track customer interactions from initial inquiry phase through booking and after-sales stages.
- Contribute to continuous CRM system improvements and optimization efforts.
Mandatory Requirements
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a CRM Executive or in a comparable CRM role.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience specifically within a real estate development company is essential.
- Experience working in real estate brokerage firms is not acceptable.
- Proficient understanding of CRM platforms, managing leads, and sales pipeline processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in administering CRM workflows within a property development context.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and CRM reporting software.
- Currently residing in the UAE.
- Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
