About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of corporate strategy and long-term growth plans in close partnership with executive leadership.
- Assist with strategic initiatives such as market expansion, portfolio management, business transformation, and competitive landscape analysis.
- Work collaboratively across departments to ensure strategic priorities align with overall organizational goals.
- Support corporate development efforts including mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities.
- Develop and analyze multiple business cases using both quantitative and qualitative methods to provide informed recommendations to senior management.
- Craft executive and board-level presentations on critical strategic projects and company performance.
Candidate Requirements
- 2 to 3+ years of relevant experience in strategy, corporate development, analytics, operations, or finance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Preference for experience in consumer goods, retail, analytics, software, or business intelligence sectors.
- Strong skills in strategic analysis, financial modeling, and data interpretation.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence senior leadership effectively.
- Experience in assessing strategic transactions like mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, or joint ventures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive and board-level audiences.
- An entrepreneurial approach and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
