Position Summary
The organization is searching for a highly motivated, sales-oriented Chief Executive Officer who possesses extensive expertise in scaling consumer businesses and maximizing revenue streams. This role demands a highly strategic leader who aggressively pursues market share and leads by example.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute robust sales strategies to grow the customer base, enhance average order values, and establish dominance in the retail category.
- Provide commercial leadership by directing marketing, merchandising, and retail operations to meet ambitious financial and sales objectives.
- Identify and exploit new retail trends and digital commerce avenues, expanding multi-channel distribution channels.
- Motivate, guide, and ensure accountability within executive and sales leadership teams to achieve high performance standards.
- Establish strategic partnerships with important suppliers, brand collaborators, and major distributors to maintain competitive inventory advantages.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess over 10 years of senior executive experience in retail, apparel, or consumer goods, with previous roles such as CEO, President, or Chief Revenue Officer.
- Demonstrate intense focus on sales metrics including conversion rates, profit margins, and revenue growth.
- Show proven capabilities in managing intricate supply chains, inventory planning, and omnichannel retailing.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic, resilience, and determination to exceed competitor performance in a rapidly evolving marketplace.
- Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or relevant fields; an MBA is strongly preferred.
