About the role
We are looking for a dependable career changer (m/f/d) to join our team as a ticket inspector in the Luckenwalde area. The role is based in a growing security services company that focuses on providing professional protection and safety support at a high standard. The aim is to create a secure environment for clients while maintaining reliability and quality in every service assignment.
The position offers a stable long-term employment contract, a 40-hour work week, and an immediate start. Training and ongoing development are an important part of the role, so applicants without prior experience in the security field are also encouraged to apply.
Key responsibilities
- Check passengers’ tickets carefully and help ensure smooth operations on board.
- Explain ticket rules in a friendly manner and answer questions about fares and ticket conditions.
- Record passenger numbers and ticket checks accurately to support service quality.
- Respond quickly and professionally to unexpected situations to maintain order and safety on the train.
- Work closely with train staff to support a pleasant and coordinated travel experience for all passengers.
Profile and requirements
- Strong communication skills to interact clearly and effectively with passengers and colleagues.
- Good social awareness and empathy to respond to passengers’ needs and concerns in a calm, positive way.
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Confidence and assertiveness to handle challenging situations and enforce rules when needed.
- No §34a security certificate is required at the time of application; support is provided for the qualification under §34a GewO.
