Career Changer (m/f/d) Ticket Inspector

About the role

We are looking for a dependable career changer (m/f/d) to join our team as a ticket inspector in the Luckenwalde area. The role is based in a growing security services company that focuses on providing professional protection and safety support at a high standard. Key responsibilities

• Check passengers’ tickets carefully and help ensure smooth operations on board.
• Explain ticket rules in a friendly manner and answer questions about fares and ticket conditions.
• Record passenger numbers and ticket checks accurately to support service quality.
• Respond quickly and professionally to unexpected situations to maintain order and safety on the train.
• Work closely with train staff to support a pleasant and coordinated travel experience for all passengers.

• Strong communication skills to interact clearly and effectively with passengers and colleagues.
• Good social awareness and empathy to respond to passengers’ needs and concerns in a calm, positive way.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Confidence and assertiveness to handle challenging situations and enforce rules when needed.
• No §34a security certificate is required at the time of application; support is provided for the qualification under §34a GewO.
