Role Overview

The Business Manager for North America, a full-time on-site position located in the San Francisco Bay Area, spearheads Titan’s growth initiatives across the North American region. The role involves crafting and implementing market entry approaches, managing current sales channels, and discovering new partnerships in distribution and retail. Key responsibilities include overseeing sales outcomes, tracking critical business metrics, and conducting thorough analyses of market conditions, consumer habits, and competitor activities to guide strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with marketing teams to tailor campaigns for the North American market.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and operations to guarantee product stock availability.
  • Manage regional budgets and forecast sales and operational metrics.
  • Engage actively with key external stakeholders, represent the company at trade shows, and lead partner meetings.
  • Regularly report business progress and insights to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in business development, sales, and managing accounts within consumer or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong background in market analysis, forecasting, and making data-informed decisions for regional or international businesses.
  • Strategic planning capabilities, experience executing go-to-market strategies, and managing channels or retail partners.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication, with strong presentation and reporting skills.
  • Ability to operate independently, prioritize tasks, and produce outcomes in a high-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Relevant experience in watches, jewelry, fashion, or consumer goods sectors, particularly in the North American market, is a significant plus.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or similar; advanced degrees such as an MBA are preferred.
  • Comfortable collaborating across cultures and coordinating with global teams working in various time zones.

Additional Information

This role is based in the U.S. (Texas or San Francisco Bay Area), and candidates must hold legal authorization to work in the U.S. at the time of hiring.
