직무 설명
Role Overview
This position involves supporting the distribution of life insurance products by recruiting and managing IRDAI certified life advisors, directly contributing to the expansion of HDFC LIFE.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit IRDAI certified life insurance advisors to build a strong advisory team.
- Provide comprehensive training and mentoring on product knowledge, sales techniques, and regulatory compliance.
- Assist advisors in meeting their monthly sales targets for life insurance solutions.
- Manage relations with existing customers and drive client acquisition efforts.
- Collaborate effectively with the branch team to accomplish overall business goals.
- Ensure all operations comply fully with IRDAI regulatory standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must have completed graduation.
- Freshers as well as candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are eligible.
- Age range from 25 to 80 years.
- Essential skills include strong communication abilities, knowledge of the local market, and a basic understanding of sales.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹30,000 plus performance-based incentives.
- Specifically for Kolkata, salary spans from ₹28,000 to ₹65,000 monthly.
