Overview
We are seeking a driven and results-focused Business Development Executive to contribute to the growth of our newly established physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation clinic in Pune, Maharashtra. The role involves generating patient leads, cultivating referral partnerships, and collaborating with healthcare and fitness experts to boost clinic outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new patient lead generation to increase clinic visits.
- Establish and nurture professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, gyms, fitness centers, sports academies, and corporate firms.
- Develop and maintain referral networks and strategic collaborations.
- Advertise the clinic's services, rehabilitation programs, and health packages.
- Perform field visits and execute marketing initiatives in the local area.
- Follow up on inquiries, converting leads into confirmed appointments.
- Plan and coordinate health camps, awareness campaigns, and community outreach efforts.
- Maintain detailed records of leads, meetings, and business development efforts.
- Work closely with the clinic team to meet monthly growth targets.
Required Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong capabilities in relationship building and networking.
- Proficient in lead generation and follow-up techniques.
- Effective negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Highly self-motivated with a focus on achieving targets.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications including MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Preferred Background
- 1 to 3 years' experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Healthcare Marketing, Field Sales, Channel Sales, or Corporate Tie-ups.
- Experience within healthcare, fitness, wellness, sports, or medical sectors is advantageous.
Educational Qualifications
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred but not obligatory.
Additional Information
- Possession of a two-wheeler is preferred to facilitate local field visits.
- Familiarity with the Pune market will be considered a plus.
