Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, to join PhonePe's dynamic team. This role involves promoting PhonePe's product offerings to merchants, maintaining productive relationships, and meeting set sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the morning gate meeting to align daily goals.
- Visit the designated number of shops each day to engage potential merchant partners.
- Effectively pitch PhonePe products to merchants who meet the eligibility criteria.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with merchants to foster trust and long-term collaboration.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance targets with guidance and support from your manager.
Eligibility
Suitable candidates are those interested in a frontline sales and business development role, capable of engaging with merchants and achieving sales targets.
Compensation
This position offers a monthly salary ranging between 21000 INR and 41700 INR.
