Job Overview
As a Field Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to onboard retailers and merchants to PhonePe's suite of services, helping expand our business footprint in Belagavi, Karnataka. The role involves promoting multiple merchant services including PhonePe QR Code and Soundbox, performing daily field visits, and meeting defined sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage local shops and merchants to sign up for PhonePe's payment and merchant solutions.
- Promote and sell PhonePe's QR Code payments, Soundbox devices, and other merchant products.
- Drive business growth by adding new merchants in the assigned territory.
- Conduct daily visits to field locations to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with merchants, offering continuous support to ensure satisfaction.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions helping customers enhance their operations.
