Job Role

We seek energetic, self-driven individuals for the position of Business Development Executive (Field Sales) tasked with growing Rocket Pay's customer base by engaging mobile retail merchants.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit various mobile shops and retailers to actively promote and sell the Rocket Pay software solution.
• Identify and pursue new business leads through direct field sales efforts.
• Devise and implement personal sales strategies aimed at meeting defined targets.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with shop owners to foster loyalty and retention.
• Clearly communicate product features and advantages to prospective clients.
• Regularly follow up on leads to convert them into confirmed sales.
• Keep daily logs of visits and sales activities for accurate reporting.
• Perform a minimum of 10 to 15 market visits per day.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduates or undergraduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasive abilities are essential.
• Comfortable engaging in fieldwork involving daily market visits.
• Self-motivated, goal-focused, and capable of independent work.
• Previous sales experience is advantageous; however, motivated freshers with excellent communication skills will also be considered.

Compensation and Benefits
