Overview
The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving significant financial growth by expanding relationships and generating interest in Aramex's logistics solutions based on client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with vertical and field marketing teams to generate and nurture leads aimed at targeted revenue growth.
- Develop opportunities in assigned regions by employing a value-centric approach.
- Analyze customers' broader business goals to build comprehensive profiles and serve as a strategic advisor.
- Convert customers’ strategies into actionable opportunities that add value for Aramex.
- Present tailored solutions that align with customers’ business objectives to showcase value proposition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts in targeted organizations to enhance opportunities for Aramex.
- Partner with the solutions team to create innovative solutions that improve customer business processes.
- Coordinate with account managers ensuring a smooth customer journey throughout the sales cycle.
- Manage all sales activities and maintain up-to-date client information in CRM systems.
- Engage with industry peers and internal colleagues to exchange best practices and insights.
- Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, marketing tactics, and sales strategies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping.
- Proven success in achieving sales objectives at both personal and organizational levels.
- Fluent English speaker; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
