Build & Deployment Lead – AI-Native Processes

Role Overview

This position focuses on configuring and deploying executable process models along with AI agents into live environments, aiming to scale these solutions throughout the enterprise. The role demands a strong emphasis on observability and controls, incorporating human oversight within deployed workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy executable process models that integrate observability and human-in-the-loop controls, avoiding separately coded workflows.
• Integrate AI-native processes with existing enterprise platforms to ensure seamless operation.
• Define and implement mechanisms for adoption tracking, value measurement, and continuous evaluation of AI workflows.
• Expand AI-enabled processes across multiple business verticals by leveraging reusable components and best practices.
• Iteratively enhance deployments based on operational data and lessons from ongoing use.

Required Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in delivering solutions, integration, or automation at enterprise scale.
• Demonstrated expertise in deploying production-level BPM, workflow, or automation systems.
• Experience implementing solutions within government entities or large enterprises.
