About the Role

This opening is with Bajaj Finance Ltd, located in Cumbum, Andhra Pradesh. The role involves leading the development and enhancement of the company’s productivity application aimed at improving sales team efficiency across various business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the company’s productivity app to boost employee efficiency by innovating and developing new features specifically for sales teams across BFL.
• Act as the product owner collaborating closely with IT teams to deliver high-quality products meeting diverse business unit requirements.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including business and technical teams to identify and analyze business needs and technical constraints.
• Convert product strategies into detailed functional requirements and craft or review user stories accordingly.
• Ensure timely delivery of app features by working in partnership with the IT department.
• Engage stakeholders across BFL verticals to promote and drive adoption and usage of the Salesone productivity app.
• Lead and guide team members to maintain quality output standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline; possession of an MBA is preferred.
• 6 to 8 years of practical experience in product management, preferably within technology firms or financial services sectors.
• Familiarity with Finance, Fintech, NBFC/lending platforms, or B2C platforms is considered advantageous.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong presentation abilities coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to analyze data to derive insights and demonstrate resilience under pressure.
• Highly motivated self-starter with lead qualities.
• Basic knowledge of UX design principles.
• Experience drafting functional documentation for IT development teams.
