Role Overview
The role of Babysitter at Nia is a full-time, on-site position situated in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The babysitter is responsible for providing careful supervision of children, organizing developmentally appropriate activities, and supporting daily routines including meals, hygiene, and rest periods. Maintaining a safe environment, adhering to family and company policies, and maintaining clear communication with parents or guardians about the child's daily experiences and any concerns are essential duties. Additional duties include tidying play spaces, assisting with homework, and fostering children's social and emotional growth. This position demands dependability, patience, and a compassionate, steady presence for children and their families.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver safe and high-caliber childcare.
