Job Location and Schedule

This position is based at Maidstone Mercedes-Benz. The role requires working 45 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Compensation

The hourly pay rate is 12.71.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated driver to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. This role involves the collection and delivery of cars and parts to both retail and corporate clients. Drivers are expected to manage time efficiently, uphold safety standards, and maintain company vehicles in excellent clean and roadworthy condition. Full UK driving licence holders with at least two years of driving experience, especially with larger vehicles such as high-roof or long wheelbase models, are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles and parts to a variety of retail and corporate customers.
• Travel to and between multiple Lookers dealerships within the area.
• Maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness of company vehicles, inside and out.
• Drive responsibly in full compliance with road and traffic laws to uphold the company7s reputation.
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Exhibit professionalism at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have held a full UK driving licence for at least two years, qualified to operate longer and higher-profile vehicles.
• Reliability, excellent communication, and a flexible approach to work are essential.
• Previous experience in a similar driver role is advantageous.
• A strong commitment to delivering superior customer service is vital.
