Overview
Digitide Solutions Limited is looking for Customer Support Executives to join their team handling Airlines and Banking operations across various locations in Mumbai including Thane, Andheri, Navi Mumbai, and other Western and Central suburbs. This full-time role requires providing exceptional customer service primarily through calls, emails, or chat platforms during day shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer communications with professionalism.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to airline reservations, banking services, account transactions, and other service needs.
- Address and resolve customer complaints; escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
- Maintain accurate documentation and customer records as per company standards.
- Adhere strictly to organizational policies, procedures, and quality benchmarks.
- Ensure prompt query resolution to deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification is completion of 12th grade.
- Age must be between 18 and 37 years.
- Open to all genders; freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic proficiency in English communication is essential.
Shift and Work Arrangement
This is a full-time position operating during day shifts with mandatory office attendance across multiple locations in Mumbai.
