About the Role
Anix Global is seeking an experienced Human Resources leader for the position of Assistant Vice President Human Resources based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This senior role requires a highly skilled professional with a track record of leading HR functions across multiple countries, driving strategic initiatives alongside operational governance, and building scalable HR frameworks that support organizational growth and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop group-wide HR strategy, organizational design, and governance frameworks across different regions.
- Create and enforce HR policies, standard operating procedures, and scalable operating models aligned with business expansion plans.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws and other applicable global regulations.
- Manage manpower planning, organizational structuring, and workforce optimization efforts.
- Oversee the complete talent lifecycle, from hiring and performance management to employee engagement and exit processes.
- Design and implement compensation and benefits frameworks, including pay-for-performance and reward systems.
- Establish and maintain robust performance management and leadership development systems.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary cases, investigations, and grievance resolution.
- Lead HR operational excellence by managing reporting, analytics, and driving continuous improvement.
- Maintain updated organizational charts, job descriptions, and comprehensive HR documentation.
- Drive recruitment strategies, including sourcing, selection, and manpower planning in collaboration with business leaders.
- Manage onboarding, offer negotiations, salary discussions, and exit formalities.
- Develop employee benefit programs and maintain vendor relationships.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking, job evaluations, and periodic pay structure reviews.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements consistently.
- Support senior leadership with employee relations matters and legal or disciplinary issues.
- Lead HR transformation initiatives aimed at performance-linked pay and incentive systems.
- Contribute to building a strong talent pipeline aligned with organizational goals.
- Continuously enhance HR processes, systems, and operational efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum of 18 years of progressive leadership experience in human resources.
- Demonstrable experience managing HR in multi-country organizations.
- Strong knowledge and application of labor law compliance and governance.
- Capability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR frameworks, policies, and governance structures.
- A strategic mindset combined with practical execution skills.
