Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager to energize and lead a motivated team.
• Participate hands-on during shifts to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain exceptional quality standards to deliver remarkable dining experiences consistently.
• Drive team performance, hit sales targets, and acknowledge team achievements.
• Mentor and develop team members’ skills across all workstation areas.
• Oversee safety protocols, operational procedures, and quality compliance diligently.
