2026 is set to be an exciting and expansive year for Grill'd, with new restaurant openings, enhanced Drive Thru locations, and a fresh menu. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager to energize and lead a motivated team.
- Participate hands-on during shifts to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain exceptional quality standards to deliver remarkable dining experiences consistently.
- Drive team performance, hit sales targets, and acknowledge team achievements.
- Mentor and develop team members’ skills across all workstation areas.
- Oversee safety protocols, operational procedures, and quality compliance diligently.
