About the Role and Company
Benaka Gold Private Limited is expanding its network of gold buying branches across multiple locations in Bengaluru, including Marathalli, Hosaroad, Nagarbhavi, Chandralayout, Basavanagudi, Jayanagar 5th Block, Kengeri, and Dasarahalli. We are seeking dedicated Assistant Branch Managers to join our team and support branch operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional customer service ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- Oversee daily branch activities including operational management and coordination.
- Assist with handling cash and gold transactions accurately and securely.
- Engage customers effectively, persuading and managing relationships to support business growth.
- Contribute to achieving branch sales and business targets.
- Maintain branch records meticulously and work collaboratively with team members.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Prior experience in customer handling and branch management is preferable.
