About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and creative architect with professional experience and solid knowledge of service phases 1 to 5 to support our team in handling both new construction and renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing planning proposals and advising potential clients.
- Managing and advancing planning projects during the initial service phases.
- Providing design-related guidance to our team for execution and detailed planning stages.
- Executing projects with high design standards, adherence to deadlines, and cost control within service phases 1 to 5.
- Coordinating planners and construction participants.
- Communicating effectively with clients and regulatory authorities.
- Assisting in creating scheduling and cost plans.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of five years professional experience with sound knowledge of approval and execution planning.
- Proficient CAD skills, preferably with VectorWorks.
- Confident presence and strong teamwork skills.
- Experienced in working collaboratively with clients and planners.
- Good command of the German language, both spoken and written.
