About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and creative architect with professional experience and solid knowledge of service phases 1 to 5 to support our team in handling both new construction and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Reviewing planning proposals and advising potential clients.
Managing and advancing planning projects during the initial service phases.
Providing design-related guidance to our team for execution and detailed planning stages.
Executing projects with high design standards, adherence to deadlines, and cost control within service phases 1 to 5.
Coordinating planners and construction participants.
Communicating effectively with clients and regulatory authorities.
Assisting in creating scheduling and cost plans.

Candidate Profile

Minimum of five years professional experience with sound knowledge of approval and execution planning.
Proficient CAD skills, preferably with VectorWorks.
Confident presence and strong teamwork skills.
Experienced in working collaboratively with clients and planners.
Good command of the German language, both spoken and written.
