Role Overview

As an Apartment Leasing Manager, you will supervise leasing activities and support the community's daily operations to maintain strong occupancy levels and ensure smooth functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to uphold high occupancy rates and help achieve revenue objectives.
• Oversee rent collection, post payments, and send late notices as needed.
• Handle move-out notifications, service inquiries, and resident transfer requests.
• Assist management in daily tasks to facilitate seamless operations.
• Ensure confidentiality of all resident records and related documentation.
• Prepare necessary reports and administrative leasing paperwork.
• Contribute to maintaining an engaging social media presence to enhance visibility and attract potential residents.
• Support, mentor, and develop Leasing Agents to improve their performance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to both current residents and prospective renters.
• Collaborate closely with the Property Manager and onsite team to drive community success.

Required Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience as an Assistant Manager in the apartment industry with proven leasing expertise.
• Strong sales and leasing skills demonstrating ability to close deals successfully.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance, conduct, and strong work ethic.
• Availability to work flexible hours including some weekends.
• Experience with social media or marketing content creation is highly preferred.
• Consistent and stable employment history.
• Valid driver's license along with reliable transportation.
• Living within 20 miles of the property or readiness to relocate is mandatory.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous but not obligatory.
