Role overview
An aircraft leasing business is looking to hire a Receptionist / Office & Facilities Coordinator to keep its Dublin office running smoothly. This role combines front-desk duties with wider support for office operations, facilities coordination, and everyday workplace administration.
What you'll do
- Serve as the main front-of-house contact for visitors, incoming calls, and general office enquiries.
- Organise meeting rooms, hospitality setup, and support for internal events.
- Work with external vendors, maintenance teams, and building management on office-related issues.
- Handle office admin tasks such as supplies control, access arrangements, and maintaining a tidy workplace.
- Support facilities initiatives, repairs, and routine operational needs across the office.
What we're looking for
- Experience in reception, office coordination, facilities support, or general administration.
- Strong planning and organisation skills with the ability to juggle several priorities at once.
