Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Product Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of AI-centric products that elevate the user experience. This role demands leadership over the entire product lifecycle of AI functionalities, collaborating intimately with engineers, designers, and data scientists to conceptualize, deploy, and scale AI innovations. The position is onsite at our Lisbon office, with relocation assistance available.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and steer the AI product roadmap aligned with corporate strategies and customer requirements.
- Work closely with multifunctional teams—engineering, design, marketing—to roll out AI-powered features.
- Perform market analysis and gather user feedback to detect opportunities for AI enhancement.
- Partner with data scientists and ML engineers to enhance AI model precision, efficiency, and user relevance.
- Set KPIs to assess product impact and iteratively improve based on analytic insights.
- Stay informed on advances in AI, emerging tech, and industry best practices to maintain product competitiveness.
- Ensure AI ethical standards and compliance with data privacy laws are strictly observed.
Candidate Requirements
- Approximately 4 or more years in product management with a focus on AI, machine learning, or data-intensive applications.
- Solid knowledge of AI and ML principles, including natural language processing, computer vision, and recommendation systems.
- Experience collaborating with data science and engineering teams to create AI-based solutions.
- Aptitude for simplifying complex AI topics into accessible user applications.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong record of data-driven product decision-making.
