직무 설명
Overview
The Administrative Specialist will oversee routine administrative and HR functions, ensuring smooth operational processes and compliance with company policies and Saudi labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and human resource operations efficiently.
- Produce and verify monthly timesheets based on attendance records.
- Liaise with different departments to guarantee accurate attendance data.
- Examine monthly overtime hours recorded in the system and report any inconsistencies.
- Manage immigration-related tasks including visas, work permits, renewals, extensions, cancellations by coordinating with external vendors.
- Execute transactions using platforms like Qiwa, Muqeem, and Ajeer.
- Oversee employment contract management and maintain confidentiality of HR documentation.
- Organize travel arrangements such as flight bookings and itinerary planning.
- Prepare various HR and administrative documents, including reports, letters, and formal correspondence.
- Maintain updated employee files and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support daily workflow.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and Saudi labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources or a related discipline.
- Experience level ranging from no prior experience to two years.
- Competent skills in Microsoft Excel.
