Role Overview
This opportunity is a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the company secretarial team based fully onsite in Dublin 2. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in high-volume administrative tasks, preferably gained within a legal or professional services setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver administrative assistance to the company secretarial team.
- Support company secretaries managing a diverse portfolio of multinational clients.
- Assist with administrative duties related to board changes, shareholder modifications, share capital restructurings, and re-registrations.
- Contribute to compliance-related activities within the team.
- Help maintain statutory books and manage documentation efficiently.
- Use Microsoft Office applications and proprietary IT systems effectively.
- Undertake various ad hoc administrative duties as needed.
