Role overview

This opportunity is with a respected financial planning business based in Dublin 4. The position is a hybrid role and offers a salary of €45K to €50K, plus bonus and benefits. The successful hire will support the firm’s daily operations, help uphold compliance standards, improve internal workflows, and contribute to reliable client service delivery.

Key duties

You will work alongside senior leaders and the broader team to keep the business running smoothly. The role covers new business paperwork, client-facing presentations, accurate record keeping, management reporting, and assistance with internal audits. You will also help maintain and refresh policies and procedures, manage compliance-related documentation, support regulatory tasks, coordinate AML and compliance training, drive process improvements, and provide general operational assistance wherever needed.

Experience and fit

The firm is looking for someone with a strong background in financial services administration, operations, or compliance. Excellent attention to detail and solid Microsoft Office skills are essential. Experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a financial services brokerage would be an advantage.
